Ladies, are you ready to get challenged, encouraged, and EMPOWERED? If so, join New Creation Church of Owosso for its third annual Women’s Conference on Saturday, October 3, at 6 p.m. This year we are centering our discussion around Philippians 4:13 which says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Come for an evening of faith, fun, and fellowship and leave with an empowerment to take on the challenges of your business, family, and personal life.

New for 2020!

This year we’re pleased to offer an extended lineup of events including an optional self-defense class taught in the morning by certified personal trainer, Kayla Nohel. (See details below.)

Registration

• EMPOWERED Women’s Conference Only: $15/person

• EMPOWERED Women’s Conference AND Self-Defense Class with Kayla Nohel: $30/person

Registration includes entrance into the 2020 EMPOWERED Women’s Conference, snacks/refreshments, and the chance to win a door prize from one of our amazing vendors.

Space for the 10 a.m. Self-Defense Class is limited to the first 20 registrants.

Schedule of Events

• Self-Defense Class with Kayla Nohel — 10 a.m to Noon
  (Optional - additional registration required.) Comfortable, loose fitting clothes, athletic shoes, and water are recommended.

• Doors open — 5 p.m.
  (Enjoy light refreshments and get empowered while perusing the displays of several women-owned businesses.)

• EMPOWERED Women’s Conference — 6 p.m. (Times are approximate)

  • 6 to 6:45 p.m. — Worship

  • 6:45 to 7 p.m. — Message from Mandy Pidek

  • 7 to 7:45 p.m. — Message from Pastor Dana TenBrink

  • 7:45 to 8:15 p.m. — Ministry

• Giveaways, snacks, fellowship — 8:15 to 9 p.m.

Childcare will be available during the conference.

Meet the Team

Pastor Dana TenBrink

Pastor Dana TenBrink is the Associate Pastor of New Creation Church. Pastor Dana is passionate about helping women establish their identity in Christ so they can fully reach their purpose and potential.

Mandy Pidek

Mandy Pidek is a Worship Leader at New Creation Church and the owner of Aviator Jayne, a home goods store located in Owosso. Mandy is passionate about encouraging and empowering other women to pursue their God-given dreams.

Kayla Nohel

Kayla Nohel is the Children’s Ministry Leader at New Creation Church. Kayla received her certification in personal training eight years ago and started her own personal training business shortly after. Kayla is passionate about helping women reach their potential both spiritually and physically.
