Christ is coming again, but the church can’t get so focused on His second-coming that it fails to share the good news of His first. In the sermon, The Anticipation of the Messiah, Dr. Brian Keesler reminds the body of Christ of its duty to share the same thrill of hope that they received when they first heard about the Messiah. One of the ways believers can share the good news of Jesus is by inviting their friends, family, and coworkers to come to church. In a study conducted just last year, eighty-two percent of people polled said they would come to church at Christmas-time.
